Посылка не пришла время спора прошло

Всем привет давно покупал кулер кулер был нормальный и количество заказов тоже было порядка выше 200-300 когда продавец дал трек код оно не работало дало что трек ошибочный написал продавцу прадовец ответил что на дороге и жди по кое каким причинам я уехал по работе где нету интернета и месяц не защел и время доставки и открытие спора закончидлась что делать написал продавцу(скрин будет ниже) ответил

А теперь Вы ничего не сможете сделать, сделка закрыта, спор не открыть. Надо было продлить время защиты заказа, когда уезжали.
