Продавец мошенник или нет
Здравствуйте. Пожалуйста оцените ситуацию продавец пытается обмануть или нет. Заказал чай 25.10.2013 заказ отправили 30.10.2013. Нечего тут оценивать. Тут только гадать можно - врет или не врет. А гадать - дело не благодарное. Поэтому не стоит даже время и нервы на дальнейшую переписку тратить. Есть срок доставки. Если не получите посылку за 2 дня до окончания срока - открывайте диспут, возвращайте деньги. Если посылка придет, но позже, связываетесь с продавцом и решаете как вернуть ему деньги. Вот собственно и все.

Этот же продавец http://www.aliexpress.com/store/525997 вымогает деньги на доставку по позиции, которая с бесплатной доставкой. Или просит увеличить размер заказа до 50 долларов.
