Заканчивается время рассмотрения претензии

Здравствуйте всем!

Такая ситуация. Открыла диспут, а потом (16.01.2014г) перевела его в претензию по причине "Purchase Protection is running out, but package is still in transit" Товар, я, есссно, уже получила, но меня совершенно не устроило качество товара, о чем я написала в службу поддержки Али.. И вот до сих пор тишана. Через несколько дней заканчиваются положенные 60 дней для рассмотрения претензии, а от Али так и ни слова: ни в ответ на письмо, ни в ответ на претензию...

Подскажите, кто сталкивался, какие возможны варианты завершения претензии в подобной ситауции?

ПЫСЫ Заказ был сделан 13 ноября, 19-го принят, 20-го отправлен, засветился на таможне только 24 января, сроки доставки прод указал - 60 дней.

  • Люди, подскажите ,плиз, что делать!? До сих пор претензия в статусе Action ((( Писала уже на все ящики, какие только можно(( Никаких ответов(((

Вот и разрешился мой спор.. правда, только сейчас.

Коротко, чем, как и, главное, когда (!) всё закончилось.

05.05.2014 (!) обновился наконец-таки статус моего спора. Написали с "[email protected]":

"Thank you for contacting Alibaba. This is Jeanne from AliExpress Case Management Team. Regarding your order<60425929103469>, I am sorry that you didn’t get an amicable solution from seller. We will try our best to provide you any support.Meanwhile, please kindly understand that our mediation is on the basis that you provided enough evidence for your claim. To support your claim of goods is not detachable, unlike the description, please make a detailed comparison between the received products and the ones in the description, and mark the different/defective area red in the pictures as evidence within 3 calendar days. For the fur is fake, please provide the material tag/label and tell the differences. (Please illustrate all the different/defective pieces.) If you bought over 1 piece of products, please illustrate all the defective pieces."

На что я, ессно, ответила, приложив все фото дефектов, точнее внешнего вида, совершенно не похожего на то, что было в фото. Сопроводительное описание было следующего содержания (может кому-то пригодится, я тоже подсмотрела у кого-то здесь, на сайте в вопросах-ответах):

"Hello!I filed a claim 16.01.2014 Order No. 60425929103469 because of Payment made.Order not received. I ordered a down jacket 13/11/2013 , the initial cost down jacket was 46.08 dollars per jacket with faux fur . The first about delivery time.Guaranteed delivery time was 60 days. 20/11/2013 11:35 Sending departure from office of exchange Guangzhou . Then the order disappeared, no change in status wasn't for more than 2 months (until 24/01/2014)! 02.01.2014 I opened dispute on the full refund and 16.01.2014 escalated them to the claim. Only 24/01/2014 22:15 there was a record "Getting to the office of exchange of origin MINSK PI 2" , and only 3 February order was in my post office. More than 80 days delivery instead of guaranteed by the seller 60!The second about the quality.Corresponding with the seller , I agreed that he will send me a jacket with natural fur if I pay 35 dollars more, the total amount for a down jacket with natural fur was 81.08 dollars. (You can see the dialog on the photo 1, 2)Seller previously sent me a photo with natural fur down jacket, but I received something quite different from that was in the photo: tufts of fur came ragged, sewn pieces, it is also impossible to remove. (See photo "The order".)So there are some problems, created by the seller. The seller has violated the rules of Aliexpress:1. The rules say: "On-time Delivery Guarantee.If you have purchased a product on AliExpress.com but didn't receive your products within the seller's stated delivery time, you are eligible for a full refund."Seller's time for my order was 60 days, the delivery time was more than 80 days. On this basis I demand a full refund.2. Order does not correspond to the photo and description at all, although I specially refined about all details of the goods and received satisfactory answers for them, but the seller in advance deceived me and was not going to send me a quality product, so I demand a full refund"

Результат - письмо 15 (!) мая:

"hank you for contacting AliExpress. This is Jeanne from AliExpress Case Management Team. Regarding your order<60425929103469>, I am sorry that you didn't get an amicable solution from seller. We will try our best to provide you any support.We checked the information and supportive evidence you provided for this dispute, your claim about delivery time is over 60 days, faux fur accepted. Generally, we follow the return policy (set on every order) to mediate the dispute. For this order, the return policy is “Returns accepted if product not as described, buyer pays return shipping; or keep the product & agree refund with seller.” (This policy was displayed in the product page.)For this dispute, Aliexpress can provide you the following 2 options, you can only choose one:1. Full refund without returning goods.2. Return the goods for a full refund.  (Please kindly note that if there is no agreement that seller pay the returning shipping fee, according to the above return policy, you need to bear it; Thus a partial refund as compensation would be a better choice if you would like to keep the product that still has certain value.)

Please let us know your choice or you can provide us with more evidence within 3 calendar days. If you fail to response before the deadline, we will close this dispute directly as the option 1."

Почему-тотолько после этого предложения администрации решил оветить продавец (10 дней до этого молчал, видимо, не заметил):

"Hi,dear ,we will refund you $35 to u just like we talk before.Hope you will understanding us."

Но эта фраза уже не имела никакого значения и 21-го (!!!) мая мне вернули все деньги.

Вот такой хэппи энд через 4 (!!!) месяца))
