Что бы это значило???

Помогите разобратся!!! Открыла спор(пришли лосины,и они существенно малы потребовала половину вернуть поставила 4 $(что быможно было скинуть если продавец начнет артачится)), потом его обострила, спро был на расмотрении у алиэкспрес, и вот сегодня заметила этот ответ:
