Отменить диспут или нет?

Заказал на Алиэкспресс ботинки мужские Martins. Продавец предоставил трек код, который уже 2 недели не отслеживается. Я открыл спор, ниже привожу переписку с ним( снизу вверх читать). Он прислал сегодня фотку ботинок на которых лежит листок с моим адресом и к нему приклеен трек код, то есть то что должны прикреплять поверх посылки. Посмотрел свойство картинки, создан файл сегодня(информации о источнике нет, возможно редактировна), сложно сказать когда он точно был создан. Интересно, но мне кажется что трек код прилепляют на посылку уже после того как она запечатана и передана в почтовое отделение или там какие то у них другие правила? Думаю предоставить ему еще 1 неделю и возобновить спор если прослеживаться не будет, как думаете? Защита заказа еще 30 дней.
