Походу кинули с посылкой в магазине на Ali Express

Купил фильтры и мешки к пылесосу они их обьединили в одну посылку LA125378034CN и отправили (наверное), след посылки потерялся в китае. Впервые за много лет кинули так нагло на деньги. После нулевого возврата написал жалобу с просьбой указать где они увидели что посылка пришла ко мне в отделение почтовое и тишина игнор. вот такой сейчас стал али экспресс походу надо с ними завязывать. Открытие спора и вот что мне присудил али экспресс:
