Не понимаю где посылка

Посылка TYZRB0000595313YQ должна была прибыть в Санкт-Петербург, срок доставки закончился, открыл диспут, мне пишут Invalid и "Customs Hold" и " According to the shipping information, the package now stay in your local custom and delayed the delivery. Normally, it is the buyer's duty to do customs clearance and pay the tax. Please contact with customs to clarify the detained reasons. If you cannot clear the custom, you should upload the official documents to prove it or clarify your problem."

Я как понимаю проиграю диспут, если не решу вопрос с таможней. Но там ли посылка? что мне делать?
