Почему сразу обострение?

Сегодня открыл спор за 2 дня до окончания защиты. То есть товар не пришёл в срок. Попросил полный возврат.И когда открыл увидел что статус сразу стоит обострение спора-на рассмотрении! Внизу написано:"Вы выбрали доставку AliExpress, поэтому вопрос будет решаться с участием службы поддержки AliExpress." Спор открываю впервые и не знаю всё ли сделал правильно. Подскажите вернут ли мне мои деньги? Переживаю ибо для меня деньги не маленькие!

  • Мне Aliexpress ответил следующим письмом. Не знаю что делать теперь. Если не сложно может кто нибудь разъяснит мои дальнейшие действия для возвращения денег.

    Никаких проблем не будет, просто сразу сама система берется на рассмотрение, для вас это только плюс)

    То что обострилось минуя переговоры с продавцом ,то это так и должно быть ,если доставка алиэкспресс. А вернете деньги ,или нет ,все зависит от доказательств.

    Написано же всё) воспользуйтесь переводчиком.. Много текста из-за вежливости Aliexpress, суть в том что срок ожидания заказа ещё не истёк, ещё 2 дня.. Али согласно правилам не может выполнить ваш возврат, мало ли за 2 оставшихся дня придёт посылка.. Так вот они просто предлагают подождать ещё 3 дня (чтобы наверняка).

    Потом всё сделают вам, не переживайте..
