Не отслеживается трек-номер.

Доброго времени суток!

Вобщем, сделал заказ. Продавец вроде отправил. Трек номер(RD531963475CN) в моём заказе долгое время не отслеживается.

Задал вопрос продавцу о том, почему не отслеживается, но продавец стал путаться в трек-номерах.

Далее просто приведу переписку с продавцом. Просто мне кажутся подозрительными его ответы. Прошу подсказать что мне делать. Далее переписка(скопировал с али, поэтому переписка идёт снизу вверх):

Dear AntonSorry, I made a mistake, that tracking number is not yours. Your tracking number is still theoriginal one. We checked the status of your shipment internally, it shows it is now being dispatched to Russia.
