открыла спор, платье на 10см короче заявленного,да еще и рукава разной длинны. Продавец спор отклонил, я его обострила. Служба поддержки вот что написала

Option 2) Return the goods for a full refund. (Please kindly note that if there is no agreement that seller pay the returning shipping fee, according to the return policy that seller set for this order, buyer may need to pay for the returning freight; Thus a partial refund as compensation would be a better choice if you would like to keep the product that still has certain value.)

Что я должна сделать и самое важное КАК это сделать? Ребята, очень пошу помочь!!!!!

    Спор решен в вашу пользу. Теперь в течении трех дней после этого письма вам надо выбрать один из двух вариантов. Первый - возврат 80% без отправки товара назад. Второй - возврат 100% но тогда вам надо будет отправить платье назад продавцу.

    Советую выбрать без возврата, так как вам отправку назад надо будет оплачивать из своего кармана. Дороже выйдет.

    И там в письме ссылка есть - по ней надо зайти и всё делать там, на письмо отвечать не надо.

    А как мне передать, что я согласна на 1 вариант? Где это делается?

    • boboren Можно вообще ничего не делать, автоматом закрывается по 1му варианту
