Сделал спор. Продавец требует продлить защиту.

Товар застрял в экспортес Китая 75 дней. /Продавец вот что написал. ОН пишет расширить защиту на 20 дней но спор то я уже открыл, если я его закрою то смогу опять открыть?

o sorry for late reply Alex. We just come back from holidays because of the National's Day. We can tell from the tracking website that there's delay on your parcel. This situation is not very often but we met it before. And all of them showed up suddenly and got delivered finally. How about we extend 20days on the purchase protection time and you close the dispute for temporarily. If you receive the parcel within that 20days we will send a leather case as gift for you.
