Эскалация спора

Здравствуйте! Веду свой первый спор на али, прошу помощи. Тк не нашла ответа на свой вопрос в инете. Заказывала парик, пришел, но совсем не такой как на картинке. Написала как нормальный человек сначала продавцу,думала так все порешаем. Он отписывался, что все мол так и есть. Открыла спор, отписки продолжались, обострила спор (в доказательства были добавлены фото и видео(ссылка)). Сегодня получила вот такое письмо на мыло, как я поняла,смысл в том, чтобы я в течение 3 дней предоставила доказательства. НО я же прикрепляла в споре доказательства, что еще нужно я не понимаю?! И если еще нужно что-то прикрепить,как я это сделаю,если модифицировать уже нельзя? В статусе жалобы стоит - Ожидание ответа от обоих сторон, там же у меня есть кнопка - Respond now. Что мне нужно дальше делать? Помогите пожалуйста.
