"The item is on transport to the country of destination" уже 8 дней находится в Нидерландах

Вобщем проблема в том, что посылку не отправляют в Россию уже 8 дней. Последний статус такой:

"04-11-2016 12:07 | The item is on transport to the country of destination"

Из-за чего так долго не отправляют?
