Заказал наушники. Товар пришёл, но через месяц они сломались (не работает левый динамик). Списался с продавцом, он предложил решение проблемы:

По-моему это не продавец Вас запутал, а Вы его)) Продавец просит доплатить $7 за повторную доставку (Reshipping fees) новых наушников или предлагает возместить Вам $4 в качестве компенсации без повторной отправки товара.

То что продавец дает ссылку на условный товар "Сделать разницу" - в порядке вещей, обычно так и происходит взаиморасчет между Покупателем и Продавцом в нестандартных ситуациях. Но с другой стороны в случае недобросовестности Продавца, вернуть деньги по этой покупке будет очень сложно. Как быть, доверять продавцу или нет - решать Вам.
