Посылка "идет" уже больше 85 дней, отказываются делать возврат денег.

Комментарий:

Отсылают посылки без трэкинга, саппорт максимально бесполезен.

    Вы ошибаетесь.

    Если отправка в Россию, то у них хитрая система с треком, я первый раз тоже занервничал - правда, саппорт мне бысто ответил. Уточните у них, как трек смотреть - они вам обьяснят.

    Вкратце, (давно оттуда посылок не получал, могу что-то путать) они отправляют вашу посылку в Германию (смотрится на стандартном трекере), там передают это в ведение DHL (или как-то так), причем там на сайте DHL меняется трек - надо внизу формы посмотреть данные - трек партнеров. И вот этот уже трек смотреть в трекере. Посылка приходит то через EMS, то через обычную ПР.

    Единственный возможный косяк - бывает, что на почтовую наклейку не влазит весь ваш адрес (когда в строках формы адреса на сайте введено все в одной строке - форма сайта позволяет это сделать, а при печати наклейки конец надписи обрезается, никто за этим не смотрит).

    Также возможен вариант, но к BB.com не имеющий уже отношения, ваша посылка может попасть на растаможку, придется на таможню пилить дополнительно.. Но тоже не критично.

    вот, нашел старое письмо от поддержки по поводу их трека:

    2) Go to www.dhl.de, and paste this number on "Shipment Tracking" space. It will open another window, with detailed information and another number (EXAMPLE UPU Code/ match code -CL697838683DE).

    3) This UPU code is the number that will be used by the local mail agency, and allows you to track the package on their tracking page. If www.dhl.de doesn’t pull up any information, you can use that delivery partner number to get in touch with your local post office for additional information.
