Не отслеживаеться трек-код

Здравствуйте, подскажите пожалуйста, у меня не отслеживаються трек-коды RC398611291HK ; RR040602594HK. Спрашивала продавцов почему не могу отследить на что они ответил: "dear Because your order is less than the minimum order. We send you the Hong Kong post surface a single number can not be tracked , please be patient ,we had sent out your package,it usually take 45-60 working days before arrive at you.so could you wait for some days Patiently? if you still not recieve it within 60days ,we will full refund the payment"- это один продавец, а второй "Thanks for your message. You order has been sent out .Usually it will take about 15-60 working days for shipping,please wait for more days. Cause it is a small order, we sent it via the normal air mail without tracking number,but not registered air mail. If we send the package via registered air mail, the post office will charge us about 3USD registered fee.Very expensive. Thanks for your understanding, and please don't worry, it is safe too.     i know you will feel unsafe ,because i do not know you ,you do not know me ,right ? so we will refund you full money if you did not receive your order in our promise date .

  • Anneta тоже было такое, но посылка пришла...просто ждать извещения с почты, ну и да, следить за счетчиком....пусть вам повезет)

    Возможно! Я тоже заказала мп3 плеер по маленькой цене, мне продавец сразу написал что ордер очень маленький и не будет отслеживаться. Ждёмс... Главное не прозевать время окончания сделки и вовремя открыть диспут если товар не придёт. Лучше это сделать дней за 10 до окончания сделки или продлить время доставки. Ещё заказывала два колечка,они тоже не отслеживались,но пришли прямо в почтовый ящик,даже на почту за ними идти не пришлось. Надеюсь вам попались добросовесные продавцы... ;)

    Продавцы очень часто посылают дешевый товар без трека в ~2usd.

    Главное следите за счетчиком и не прозевайте время !
