  Принять решение и забыть о продавце.

    спор обострён – ожидание ответа сторон, с 25,01,2017г не изменился, возврат средств тоже нет

  Не продавец возвращает деньги, а Алиэкспресс. Тем более спор обострен.

  • Armine Вам дали на ответ 33 дня, видимо, продавцу тоже. Пока не ответит продавец, Али не примет окончательное решение. Продавец будет тянуть время в надежде на то, что Вы всё же получите посылку и отмените спор.
