Hello,I need some help, please. I have made an order from Aliexpress, but I have not received it on time. I have opened a dispute, and Aliexpress promised me to take care of this matter. They have requested the seller to provide the appropriate documents on shipping within 3 business days to make sure he has sent the product. And I was told that if the seller does not provide the appropriate documents, I will be reimbursed for that product. But, unfortunately, I have a little problem. The account I had paid from does not exist anymore. Will you tell me, please, how I can change that account to another one to be able to receive the money back? You can and you will receive money back only to the account from which to pay.

I absolutely agree with lema-lisa. Contact with Aliexpress support, they have live chat. Explain them situation, give new bank account details. Only they can help you.
