Vat. Ничего не поняла: почему не могу получить налог обратно?..

На мой запрос о возврате VAT, ответил консультант магазина:

Thank you for your email, unfortunately we cannot process a VAT refund. Please see these points form our terms and conditions and I hope that it clears it up.

7.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) charged at the current UK rate based on your delivery address.

7.2 No VAT is payable on items exported from the EU, but this does not affect the amount payable to Watch Shop for your purchase.
