  Напишите, хуже не будет. Вполне возможно, он вообще ещё Вашу посылку не отправил, и его это немного подстегнет, покажет, что Вы за ней следите. Они могут не отправить, надеясь, что покупатель просто забудет про свой заказ, и когда таймер дотикает, деньги уйдут продавцу.
