Tracking oF parcel

Good day!Postal number RB864690821SG is not tracked for 16 days. I called our postal service (Kazakhstan), they said that such a package was not registered. From our local mail site, I see that my the package has been sent to back to Singapore. Help me find the package, because in 16 days I would have received, it if parcel had been in Kazakhstan.
